Prestige Properties Associated Principals was established late 2007 by Janene Potgieter as a vehicle for independent registered principal estate agents to operate in association free from the restrictions placed on franchise agencies with regard to where they can and cannot do business, and with brand individuality.
We are flexible and an alternative to the traditional old world franchise type real estate agency as all principals work for themselves trading under the name Prestige Properties for economic reasons.
We, as independent registered principal estate agents, are free to appoint agents working under us within the regulations and rules as set out by the EAAB and the Code of Conduct for estate agents.
We adhere to all the educational requirements, ethics, and morals thereof and are dedicated to setting the highest standard of professional excellence in Real Estate.
Our logo is a promise wrapped in experience and defines who we are as it communicates the essence and personality of our team.
We are dedicated and have the tenacity to show that we can offer the same level of support and service as large estate agencies.
